Consumers have sited three obstacles when it comes to purchasing LED light bulbs used for everyday use.

One is their cost: Until recently this new LED engineering science has been quite expensive. You’ll be glad to know that within the past few months LED pricing has come way down. This is due to better electronics and economies of scale.

Second is their size: Many manufactures use fins to disapate excess heat from their light bulb , which helps to keep the lamp cool, thereby allowing the LEDs to last longer. The problem is that many led light bulbs will not fit into light sockets due to the size restrictions of the fixture.

I have even seen some eldritch designs that use a cooling fan built into the lamp to cool the led’s. The problem is, guess which moving part is first to burn out? You guessed it, the only moving part, the cooling fan. I could have told them that would have happened.

Isn’t it fun to purchase LED light bulbs only to find out they will not fit your application or they burn out due to using a poor design.

To that point I would like to inaugurate you to a new design using a new patented technology in led light bulbs. Diogen Lighting manufactures this new breed of lamps and what’s even better is these lamps are a true replacement for common A style (household lamps), Par 30, Par 38, 2 foot and 4 foot fluorescent style and GU10 base MR16 style lamps. No longer do you need to wonder if these lamps will fit into your socket, they will fit.

Third is their brightness: I have purchased LED light bulbs in the past and was very disappointed in the lumen output compared to that of standard incandescent light bulbs. It hasen’t been very long ago that white led’s were not available for use in everyday lighting applications. The problem has always been the brightness of this new style lamp. When I purchase an LED light bulb I expect that when the manufacturer claims “this lamp will replace a 60 watt light bulb”, that it will actually perform to my expectations. The reality is that most of the time they do not.

Here again Diogen LED Light bulbs perform precisely as advertised. There is the 7 watt A style LED bulb that equals a 40 watt incandescent and a 12 watt A style lamp that equals a 60 watt lamp. I personally use Diogen LED light bulbs in my home and they do live up to my expectations. Using Diogen These new style lamps will go easy on you pocketbook and when used 8 hours a day 7 days a week will last you 17 years.

Musa Aykac asked:

So a new breed of hydrogen cars are now coming into the market, with fuel prices being at an all time high, could we assume that this is just a great ploy by the government on a way to introduce the new fuel efficient hybrid motors? The reason for saying this is because of the fact that the new hybrid cars are soon to be released at the same the petrol and diesel prices are hitting the roof.

So if you are wondering to yourself, what actually are hybrid cars then here is your answer. These new breed of semi hybrid vehicles do still run on fuel but they use a little extra function called an electrolyser. If the car was full hydrogen vehicle it would be running solely on the natural resource. But a semi hybrid car would still run on half of your petrol or diesel and half hydrogen. There is a huge range of benefits that can be introduced via the release of the new efficient vehicles ranging from quieter engine noise, to less fuel consumption and most importantly your emissions will become cleaner helping to gradually improve the environment and eliminate global warming. It has actually been proven that a semi hybrid vehicle can reduce your fuel costs by up to 50% which is amazing to say the least.

But keeping in mind all of the benefits mentioned, you will notice that hybrid cars are still very new and still have major floors in there build. The greatest disadvantages would probably entail a few facts such as the ability to get a nice family sized car. Because hybrid cars are so economic they are made relatively small so if you are looking for a jeep or a 7 seated vehicle, then you will have to look elsewhere as these sort of vehicles have yet to be developed. Secondly if you like fast cars, than the hybrid cars still do not have the full ability to compete with full petrol formats, another major floor would be finding a great mechanic that would be able to fully understand the technologies of a new engine, as you do not want to break down with nobody able to help. All in all if you are deciding to get a hybrid vehicle I would carefully weigh out the advantages and disadvantages as you might want to wait a little longer until people and mechanics have come to full term with this new concept.

See The Best Do It Yourself Guides Compared
