The new Sony KDL 32ex503 is a stylish modern looking widescreen which has full Hi Def and built in Digital Freeview . The glossy black finish is hardly original but it does look stylish and classy , and will look great in any room of the house . It is also Wi-Fi ready – so it’s easy to connect to your wireless network , as well as expulsion of all the wires – which can be a health hazard, messy and pretty annoying.
The picture quality is superb . BRAVIA ENGINE 3 creates images with lots of detail and natural colour tones . The KDL32EX503 has a screen res of 1920 x 1080 pixels and Motionflow 100Hz technology with Image Blur Reduction which makes viewing movies and playing games much clearer. The full HD incorporated in the LCD means that the image quality has 500% more detail than a standard definition television .
There’s a lot of settings to mess around with; the ability to stream video , music and photos is possible with the DLNA technology. It is now simpler to browse TV functions due to the XrossMediaBar menu , taken from the PLAYSTATION 3. Eco setting lets you minimise power useage – helping the environment, as well as lowering your electricity bills. Cinema mode offers a cinematic experience in your house , and with BRAVIA internet video you can connect directly to the net and enjoy the use of online services such as sports and news .
It isn’t only the great picture quality that makes this TV so special – with the Sony S-Force Front Surround audio technology you get full digital surround sound. The speakers are built in and the sound is very clear and crisp with ample bass – allowing movies a more cinematic sounding experience .
The connections are plentiful with four HDMI ports (two side, two rear) for gaming and Blu-Ray DVDs , USB ports , and a connector for the PC .
The Sony KDL32EX503 is a very reasonably priced TV
